In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.
Your ticket is received in the order in which it came; however, we do our absolute best to address your issue as timely as possible. You will however get a response no later than 48 hours from the time the ticket request was submitted in the event your request will take longer than normal. However, we usually respond within the same business day and/or 24 hours and have most requests completed within that time frame.
